Set up automatic credit card payments

Skip the last-minute stress - automate your payments and let us take care of it for you. Our online portal accepts major credit cards like MasterCard and Visa.

  1. Visit myspace.altimatel.com
  2. Log in with your email address and password, then click Login.
  3. Click the navigation menu in the top left-hand corner and select Bills and Payments.
  4. If you don't have a card on file yet:
    • Click New Card
    • Check the Pre-authorize payments box
    • Enter your card details and click Submit
  5. If you already have a saved card:
    • Select the card you want to use
    • Click Pre-authorize payments to activate automatic billing

Success! Your credit card payments are now automated.

Tip: If you have more than one card saved, the one marked as your default will be charged.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can access your account invoices anytime using our payment portal. Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit myspace.altimatel.com
  2. Log in with your email address and password, then click Login.
  3. Open the navigation menu in the top left-hand corner and select Bills and Payments.
  4. On the Bills and Payments page, click View Invoices from the secondary navigation menu.
  5. Scroll down past your Current Bill and Last Payment Summary to view your full list of invoices.
  6. To filter your invoices by year, use the Select Year dropdown menu.
  7. Click the invoice you're looking for to download it.

Looking for an invoice from before 2025?
If you're a Start.ca customer needing access to older invoices:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Past Invoices.
  2. You'll be redirected to our legacy portal where you can download invoices from previous years.

Can I receive a printed copy of my invoice by mail?

Yes, we do provide printed invoices for a $3.00 monthly charge. We can waive this monthly charge for seniors, people with disabilities and military veterans. We may ask for documents of proof. If you would like to receive a printed copy of your invoice by mail, please contact us.

What is my billing cycle?

If you choose to prepay for one year, your billing cycle begins on your activation date and, ends by the same date of the following year. Each bill after that covers your services for the entire month.

Will I be charged for my service even if I stop using it?

Yes. It is your responsibility to contact us if you want to cancel your service or temporarily suspend it. Suspension fees will apply.
