How to manage your account and it's features.

Register on the Altima Payment Portal

Create your account in just a few easy steps and start managing your services online.

  1. Visit myspace.altimatel.com
  2. On the Login screen, click Register
  3. Enter your Account ID and email address
    • Your Account ID can be found in the top-right corner of your monthly invoice
  4. Check the box to acknowledge the Privacy Policy, then click Sign Up
  5. Check your inbox for a welcome email from Altima Telecom, Start.ca, or Koodo
  6. Click the registration link in that email—you'll be taken to a page requesting a one-time access code
  7. Go back to your inbox and find a second email with your unique access code Copy the code, return to the portal, and paste it into the provided field, then click Confirm.
    • Create a new secure password for your account
    • Make sure it meets all character requirements for security
  8. You're all set! Your account is now registered.

Next time, just log in using your email address and new password.

Moving your service

Planning a move? Take your Altima high-speed internet, TV, and phone service with you. Follow these three simple steps to ensure a seamless transition.

1. Notify Us Early

To ensure your services are active on your move-in day, please let us know at least one week (7 days) in advance.

2. Take Your Gear

Don’t leave your equipment behind! You are responsible for bringing your Altima hardware to your new home.

What to pack:

  • Modems
  • Routers (Boost Wi-Fi 6 / Gigaspire)
  • Altima TV boxes (Mecool)
  • Power cables/adapters

3. Setup & Connectivity

Once you arrive at your new address, simply plug in your equipment as usual.

  • Installation Support: A customer specialist will reach out to you if a technician visit is required for setup at your new location.
  • Service Availability: If you are moving to an area where Altima service is not yet available, please contact us to discuss your account options.

How do I order Altima Telecom services?

The best and fastest way to order any of our services is through our Web site. You can also contact us if you prefer to place your order through one of our representatives.

Can I change my services?

Yes, your new services will begin the following month. It's free to change telephone service (except changing a number) but you may need to pay a fee for changing Internet plans.

How can I cancel my services?

If you are on a month-to-month plan, you can contact us anytime you want to cancel your services. To ensure your services are cancelled in a timely manner, we request one week's notice prior to the desired cancellation date.

For customers signing up on a term, if the service is canceled after 30 days of activation and before term ends. The amount of $60, representing the waived activation fee will be charged to the account.

Does Altima Telecom offer email accounts?

No, Altima Telecom doesn't offer customer email accounts. We suggest that you use free address providers such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo, etc.

What is my login and password to access my customer portal?

Your account username and password were included with the welcome letter when you initially signed up for your Altima Telecom services. Learn more about accessing your online account.

Is it possible to suspend my service while I’m travelling or on vacation?

Yes, you can request a temporary account suspension. Suspension fees will be applied depending on the type of service being suspended. Contact us for additional details.
